People Analytics Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Design and validate employee surveys to support listening strategies and organizational culture insights
Develop assessments for hiring and upskilling, ensuring psychometric soundness
Conduct statistical analyses on people data to uncover drivers of employee behavior and performance
Required Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science
Expertise in statistical analysis techniques such as regression and A/B testing
Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL
Proficiency with survey tools like Glint or Qualtrics
