Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day HR operations including payroll, employee records, compliance tracking, and benefits administration
Manage people programs such as performance reviews and employee lifecycle processes, requiring cross-functional collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to managers, connecting business priorities with people strategies and solving complex business challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration, with compliance deliverables experience preferred
Experience in developing people programs like performance management and onboarding
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Rippling and/or Culture Amp
Analytical skills with proficiency in using data for decision-making
