A company is looking for a Project Director/ Scrum Master. Key Responsibilities Lead project kickoff and ensure knowledge transfer from the incumbent contractor Coordinate Agile sprints and backlog grooming across various teams Oversee the creation and submission of performance reports and manage IT support activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, IT, public health, or related field PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required 10 years of experience managing complex federal IT or digital services contracts Experience with web technologies, Agile delivery, and cloud infrastructure Familiarity with federal compliance and contract management procedures
