People Operations Systems Specialist
A company is looking for a People Operations Systems Specialist to support their HR technology and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first line of defense for inquiries to the People Operations team and create automations for repetitive questions
Support various team members in optimizing processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle
Assist in legal research, compliance projects, and maintain reporting dashboards for People Operations
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in a professional HR/People Operations role
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS technology, including reporting and integrations
Strong project management skills and a bias for action
Expert-level Excel skills
Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments is preferred
