Key Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and professionalism
Leading People Team initiatives and ensuring successful embedding of organizational processes and policies
Collaborating with the broader People team to deliver global initiatives and organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
2 years of relevant HR experience at an operational and tactical level
Ability to comprehend and apply applicable laws, guidelines, and policies
Experience in supporting, coaching, and guiding leadership teams
Experience with Change & Project Management
Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
