Global Head of People
A company is looking for a Global Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of company-wide People Strategy in alignment with business goals
Oversee operational management of the People portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles
Demonstrated experience in scaling people infrastructure in global or high-growth environments
Expertise in employment law, policy development, and HR best practices across jurisdictions
Familiarity with people systems and data-driven decision making
