Performance Administrator
A company is looking for a Performance Administrator to oversee the development and management of the performance management system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and customize the performance management system and related documentation
Develop techniques to enhance performance management processes and create performance management reports
Provide training and support to HR staff and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in performance management support
Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
