Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of Medicare Member Services and integrated care management Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers, addressing care gaps and facilitating access to services Provide problem resolution and educational materials to members while meeting performance metrics Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center environment 2 to 4 years of working knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid preferred High School diploma or GED required Experience in healthcare preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
