A company is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor a team of 10-12 Senior Customer Experience Representatives, ensuring quality and consistency within defined metrics and KPIs Initiate hiring, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary actions while providing ongoing performance evaluations Communicate performance and data trends to the Customer Experience Manager and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience Required Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment Willingness to learn and gain deep knowledge of insurance products and smartphone applications Basic knowledge of G Suite (Google Mail, Sheets, Docs) Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals and metrics assigned by the business unit
