PON Engineer
A company is looking for a PON Engineer to deploy new technologies and upgrades to the Access network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Implement new hardware and software for Access Engineering projects Maintain lifecycle management within the Data Center and assist with upgrades to the Access Infrastructure Create Low-Level Design documentation for network configuration and support Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a relevant field BA/BS Degree preferred Associate and/or professional level network certification preferred Experience with IP Networking, SONET, Ethernet, and Fiber Network Design (PON) Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools and advanced technical certifications
