Portal Control Specialist

A company is looking for a Portal Control Specialist responsible for processing quote requests and ensuring accurate pricing within service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Manage Case and Quote queues while meeting defined SLA Resolve Tranzact error codes related to the digital quoting process Create quotes for internal and external customers and act as a liaison for digital quote support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software Ability to collaborate effectively with various business units to ensure successful customer installations
