Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account penetration
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales and sales management experience in an Enterprise Software vendor
Proven track record of leading a field organization in a high-growth environment
Experience selling large, complex enterprise software products to C-suite executives
Demonstrated ability to define and execute a multi-tier sales model
Strong understanding of solution selling processes and sales strategy
