Pre-Construction Manager

A company is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to lead planning and coordination for complex facility projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead pre-construction efforts including estimating, budgeting, and proposal development Manage the design process ensuring compliance and alignment with scope, budget, and schedule Coordinate with estimators to deliver cost estimates and support procurement activities Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-construction or estimating roles Strong knowledge of industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities Experience with projects ranging from $250K to $100M under various delivery models Familiarity with estimating tools such as Plan Swift and Procore Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
