Pre-Employment Specialist
A company is looking for a Pre Employment Specialist who will manage the candidate pre-employment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire pre-employment process and serve as the primary contact for candidates
Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork and activities
Schedule new hire orientation and communicate relevant details to new hires
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or certificate in business, human resources, marketing, or healthcare; or two additional years of relevant experience
Minimum of two years of human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
