Premium Audit Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Premium Audit Customer Service Representative, responsible for managing communication related to premium audits.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues
Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure efficient audit processes
Maintain accurate records of all communications and prepare audit reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience; High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
