Principal Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain joint customer success plans and value plans with customers
Conduct regular customer meetings and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify revenue opportunities and collaborate with sales and services to promote value-added offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS, HR tech, or Payroll industries
Exceptional contract management and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM or similar tools
