Principal Management Engineer

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Principal Management Engineer. Key Responsibilities Perform complex project work across the health system, including technical analyses and facilitation of multidisciplinary groups Apply various improvement methodologies to support improvement initiatives and develop continuous improvement training Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to implement successful innovations and meet educational needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field preferred Minimum of four years of relevant experience required Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities and deadlines Experience in applying problem-solving approaches and knowledge of analytical/technical tools Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment
