Privacy and Compliance Counsel

A company is looking for a Counsel, Privacy and Compliance to join their Legal & Compliance team. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and related documents Manage internal and external privacy documentation and advise stakeholders on legal obligations Coordinate with the Security team on compliance protocols and maintain internal policy governance Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in a U.S. state 4-5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or tech law, preferably with SaaS experience Deep understanding of U.S. and international data privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment Familiarity with legal and workflow tools like Salesforce and Slack is preferred
