HR Shared Services Administrator
A company is looking for an HRSS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service
Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive team member information
Support daily HR operations in Workday, including processing new hires and managing I-9 and E-Verify processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
Prior HR or shared services experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and Salesforce is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
