Processing Associate

A company is looking for a Processing Associate to manage account and invoice-related tasks in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business outsource partners and internal teams to resolve data integrity issues Diagnose and solve data issues independently while providing timely feedback to BPO partners Track inventory and balance workloads to meet service level agreements Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus in business, insurance, or technology 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus Experience with core business systems and applications is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
