A company is looking for a Processing Manager responsible for overseeing the pre-processing team and ensuring exceptional customer service and file quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the pre-processing team, managing the pipeline and assisting in training Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary vendor information for loan processing Verify and document completion of vendor orders and ensure all loan documentation is accurate before submission Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years' experience in residential mortgage processing Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations preferred Previous experience with Encompass 360 Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows
