Key Responsibilities Define product requirements for workflow design, execution, management, and data capture in relevant environments Gather customer feedback and translate needs into software features while collaborating with scientists and engineers Support product roadmap planning by analyzing market trends and contribute to documentation and training materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field 8 years of experience in bioprocess development, CMC, process engineering, laboratory informatics, or manufacturing operations Familiarity with process tracking, tech transfer, and scale-up workflows is a plus Understanding of bioprocess development workflows and regulatory challenges in biopharma or adjacent industries Basic knowledge of data management and software integration is beneficial
