Project Manager (Service-Now)
A company is looking for a Project Manager (Service-Now) to manage Service Now implementation projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of Service Now implementation projects, from planning to post-implementation support
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
Lead project teams and oversee the migration process from BMC Remedy to Service Now
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, and Service Now certifications are preferred
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management with Service Now implementations
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Familiarity with ITIL processes and understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
