Key Responsibilities Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy, presenting to senior leadership Scope potential new program areas through research and evaluation of the funding landscape Develop communication materials, including proposals and briefing notes, to secure funding for programs Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research with effective presentation skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
