A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team in enhancing customer experiences and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive revenue retention and customer satisfaction
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for team effectiveness and client support
Manage customer escalations and report on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in people leadership or relationship management
6+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a Property & Casualty license preferred
Experience managing and developing a team
Strong understanding of customer success best practices and metrics
