Proposal and Contract Administrator
A company is looking for a Proposal and Contract Administrator to manage proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead proposals and contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review solicitations and create proposal strategies
Manage contract lifecycles, including negotiations, renewals, amendments, and risk assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (verified prior to start)
At least 3 years of experience in bid/proposal coordination, contract administration, legal, customer service, sales, pricing, or project management
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Vendavo, and Lotus Notes is a plus
Paralegal experience is preferred but not required
