Provider Enablement Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Enablement Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Ensure case setup is correct and document required information Review and determine if cases require additional clinical review Make outbound calls to providers and/or members to obtain necessary information Required Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED 1+ years of professional experience in an office or healthcare environment Prior customer service experience making outbound calls Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office Products Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift with flexibility for changing business needs
