Provider Experience Manager
A company is looking for a TN Operations Provider Experience Manager to enhance client experiences and optimize value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and conduct education sessions to ensure engagement with solutions
Monitor client performance against key metrics and escalate concerns to leadership
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client value
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, or project management
10+ years of experience with large, complex data sets and integrated systems
Clinical experience, preferably as a registered nurse (RN)
Expertise in clinical and ICD-10 coding
Experience in provider environments and understanding of EMRs and Health Information Systems
