Sales Area Vice President
A company is looking for an Area Vice President, Sales to lead and develop a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives while fostering a high-performance environment
Oversee day-to-day sales activities to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
Guide strategic sales cycles and implement improvements in outreach and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a management or sales leadership role
Proven success in managing outbound sales teams
Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop diverse sales reps
Deep understanding of sales metrics and experience with Salesforce and related tools
Prior experience in the financial services industry is required
