Provider Success Manager
A company is looking for a Provider Success Manager to lead a team focused on provider engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a high-performing team of 7-10 Provider Success Representatives Maintain and evolve the Thriver Program to recognize and support top-performing providers Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance the provider experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience 3+ years of management experience in a customer success role with direct reports Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot Familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is a plus Ability to work with data and make strategic decisions based on insights
