Remote Tier 1 Support Specialist
A company is looking for a REMOTE Tier 1 Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily, assisting families with login issues and providing customer support
Respond to inquiries regarding the company's products, services, and troubleshooting platform issues
Assist customers via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails, including occasional support for teachers
Required Qualifications
Previous technical help desk experience or a recent technical certificate
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with HP laptops
Experience with Active Directory for password resets
Ability to work remotely with a quiet environment and high-speed internet
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST
