A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to guide customers through the launch of their newly purchased products. Key Responsibilities Implement technology solutions and assist with initial platform configurations and launches Lead implementation meetings with customers and stakeholders Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and support team-wide strategies Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the public safety industry or similar implementation experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software Ability to present ideas confidently to clients and executives Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a self-managed environment Excellent organizational and time management skills
