A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Director responsible for driving QA strategy and leading a team of QA professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Mentor and grow the QA staff and SDETs while defining career paths and supporting professional development Define and evolve the enterprise QA strategy, including test automation frameworks and best practices Required Qualifications Proven experience in a QA leadership role, managing distributed teams and owning enterprise QA strategy Deep understanding of software quality assurance practices with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and open-source testing tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize test coverage Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
