A company is looking for a Manager, RCM QA & Compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee quality assurance functions within Revenue Cycle Management and manage a team Lead yearly and ad hoc audits, collaborating with the Ethics & Compliance team on payer takebacks Identify deficiencies and implement necessary controls to improve processes and ensure compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of revenue cycle experience Prior healthcare revenue cycle management/billing experience preferred Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Excel Experience with Smartsheet is preferred Ability to supervise and coach staff effectively
