A company is looking for a Real Estate Accountant & Reporting Lead. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party real estate management for lease administration, accounting, and operating expenses Manage financial reporting and relationships with the real estate management firm Oversee lease accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment accounting or FP&A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree or CPA preferred Experience in accounting and reporting for investments Strong knowledge of financial instruments and GAAP accounting pronouncements Experience in controllership or financial reporting roles, preferably in the insurance sector
