A company is looking for a Credit Asset Management professional responsible for asset management functions in real estate credit investing activities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on underwriting and assist in diligence and closing processes for new credit investments Proactively manage real estate credit investments and develop asset management processes Supervise risk management and asset management lifecycle, ensuring accurate onboarding and administration of loans Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of asset management experience in real estate credit or related fields Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or a related field Experience in loan asset management, including workouts and foreclosure Validated ability to lead asset management strategies for public and private credit Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
