A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Patient Access (Remote). Key Responsibilities Administer daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) to achieve department goals Collaborate with leadership to strategize and implement new service offerings Motivate and develop staff while cultivating a positive team environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 8 years of experience managing daily operations of contact centers, preferably in healthcare 6 years of experience managing teams to provide exceptional customer experience 1 year of experience in new or startup environments with evolving strategies Driving may be necessary; proof of driver license and auto insurance may be required
