A company is looking for a Records and Information Manager to join the Data Governance team. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the Data and Information Governance strategy regarding records and data retention Lead the development and maintenance of the retention program, ensuring compliance with policies and documentation Collaborate with partners to create enforceable policies and standards for data retention and destruction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 7 years of experience in records and data retention Knowledge of financial services record retention requirements at various levels Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and organize effectively Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Information Governance Professional (IGP) preferred
