Recruiter
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting activities for assigned open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruiting, including strategy establishment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding
Conduct sourcing for roles using various platforms to build candidate pipelines
Serve as a consulting partner to clients and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
Experience in the AEC industry preferred
Experience with high-volume, full cycle recruiting strongly preferred
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
