Recruiter - Mexico
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key clients in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs
Manage the full recruitment life cycle including role intake, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods
Key Requirements
2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
Able to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates
Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
