Referral Management Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Referral Management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure quality management of referral staff to facilitate patient access and accurate completion of referrals and authorizations
Train and develop staff while collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance and improve patient experience
Participate in planning and implementation of policies and procedures related to referral management and oversee budget monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Associate degree preferred with relevant leadership experience considered in lieu of a degree
Five (5) years of experience in Access Services, Referral Management, or related fields required
Three (3) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of referral management, authorizations, and payer requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate workloads
