Key Responsibilities Lead teams of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) in the region, providing coaching and mentorship Act as the voice of the customer, celebrating successes and addressing risks proactively Be accountable for metrics and KPIs related to deployment, product adoption, and customer security risk Required Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related fields Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and a strong understanding of cloud computing Proven track record of engaging with customers at CxO, VP, and Director levels Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills
