Client Reimbursement Specialist

A company is looking for a Temporary Client Reimbursement Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Responds to and resolves client inquiries impacting proper invoicing and payment resolution Researches billing systems and processes, and analyzes Client AR for trends and resolutions Collaborates with multiple departments to train and educate clients and sales teams Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates degree or equivalent experience required 1+ year related experience in billing, insurance, and third-party receivables or healthcare industry Laboratory billing experience desired Knowledgeable about billing practices, including CPT coding and reimbursement processes Proficiency in utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access
