Regional Customer Success Director
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Customer Success for the AMER Central & East region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor teams of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) in the region
Act as the voice of the customer, celebrating successes and addressing risks proactively
Oversee metrics and KPIs related to deployment, product adoption, and customer security risk
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or cloud computing
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and a strong understanding of cloud computing
Proven track record of engaging with customers at CxO, VP, and Director levels
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
