Regional Director of Talent Management
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Talent Management to oversee talent strategies across multiple business units and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee talent strategies in various business units and support multiple verticals
Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure successful execution of talent plans and strategies
Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to design organizational structures and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role; 7+ years preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Experience with Workday HRIS is highly preferred
PHR certification is a plus
