Regional Vice President
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President to lead and develop a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
Lead client and prospect meetings, engaging with C-level executives and corporate resources
Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management while monitoring team performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Proven experience in leading successful sales teams
Experience in consultative selling and negotiation
Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
