Senior Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer accounts for post-go-live services in the US and India
Generate sustainable revenue through exemplary support services and ensure solution usability and uptime
Coordinate with support consultants to resolve design issues and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or account management
Experience with planning applications such as SAP APO, JDA, or Oracle SCM
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Integration/ETL/SSIS experience is a plus
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
