Key Responsibilities Review and abstract medical record data into appropriate applications Perform quality medical record reviews and assist in the improvement of the clinical documentation process Provide education and feedback to primary source verifiers and support chart chase processes Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice 3+ years of experience with data analysis/quality chart reviews 2+ years of HEDIS/STAR experience Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including databases and Excel spreadsheets Ability to navigate multiple documentation systems and maintain knowledge of HEDIS/STARs standards
