Benefits Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist AMER.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits plans, enrollment, and invoicing
Process tickets and escalations, execute data-related tasks, and maintain operations process documents
Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, preferably in US PEO services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
