A company is looking for a Release of Information Specialist who will support the secure exchange of protected health information. Key Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and security of protected health information Process requests for patient health information in compliance with guidelines Ensure seamless access to protected health information and assist with administrative duties Required Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent experience in release of information 1 year of experience in a behavioral health medical records department or related field Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable Familiarity with electronic document management systems and cloud-based communication software Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
